Senator Todd Gollihare was elected to the Oklahoma Senate in 2022, proudly representing the citizens of Senate District 12, located in Creek and Tulsa Counties.
Senator Gollihare grew up in Stratford, Oklahoma, where he graduated high school from Stratford Public Schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and after graduation in 1986, joined the United States Marines.
His military career spanned two wars, four military campaigns, and numerous operations in seven foreign countries, and he was awarded multiple decorations for his service. Lieutenant Colonel Gollihare retired after 25 years in the Marines. During his service, he attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate. In addition to his military service, Senator Gollihare served as the Chief United States Probation Officer for the Northern District of Oklahoma, a position he held until his retirement in 2021.
Senator Gollihare has made his home in Kellyville for over 20 years, and served on the Kellyville Board of Education from 2004 to 2016. He was also a leadership teacher at Kellyville High School. He has three daughters who all graduated from Kellyville Public Schools and went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University. On his birthday in April 2022, he was blessed with his first grandchild.
